Inspection Documentation

Relevant pre, during and post inspection documentation is central to the organisation and deployment of reliable inspection services. By leveraging years of technical skills in the generation and management of important inspection documentation, PrS has developed a simple and reliable system to ensure its customers receive dependable inspections with on time post-inspection report delivery. Some of the tried-and-tested measures implemented by PrS to maintain such a system are highlighted below:

✔ PRS maintains the applicable inspection standards, codes, specifications, procedures and work instructions on file, mainly in a tightly controlled soft copy format for ready distribution, control (tracking) and update.

✔ Properly tailored inspection report templates for each inspection category ensure report preparation by inspectors after each field inspection is easy and efficient.

✔ The modern highly portable field equipment used for some inspection methods e.g. Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Testing (both conventional), automatically generate comprehensive post inspection reports that can be readily sent to the client onsite subject to internet availability at the inspection location.

✔ Lifting inspection records are co-verified and signed by the Lifting Technical Manager prior to its being released to the client. 

✔ As a value-add to its clients, PRS is working on a comprehensive online inspection report filing and distribution system to facilitate client report acquisition and download.
