Personnel Training & Competency

At PrS we strive to ensure that are clients receive specialized inspection services delivered by well trained and certified NDT, Lifting, Welding, DROPS and Drilling Equipment inspectors by adhering to the following personnel competency core quality measures:

✔ All hired PRS inspectors undertake rigorous inhouse NDT level I & II trainings – as applicable – & Quality Control trainings to be qualified and certified inspectors to relevant industry requirements.

✔ Regular retraining and refresher courses not only helps the inspectors to retain existing technical knowledge but also to  remain updated on new technical knowledge in relation to the relevant industry requirements.

✔ PRS’s inhouse NDT Level III specialist is committed to turning out highly qualified, experienced and professional NDT technicians. 

✔ Inspectors are trained in accordance with PRS Written Practice based on the updated requirements of ASNT SNT-TC-1A recommended practice for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel. 

✔ The main training aspect that sets us apart from the competition is PRS’s focus on ensuring that the inspectors grasp and internalise the core technical principles behind the applicable inspection categories, NDT methods and techniques. Practical sessions on laboratory grade and actual field samples further helps them to properly comprehend and retain such knowledge.

✔ The inspection and quality control personnel qualification and certification process is carefully controlled and audited annually to ensure absolute impartiality in the obtained results and subsequent use in field operations
